LISTENING - The name of PR.AS.DO contains the word "Ascolto" (Listening), whose meaning is twofold. The project aims at "listening" to teachers - who should correct their error* - but also at enhancing the listening skills of the teachers themselves. Listening is the foundation of a teacher's competence* and comprises the ability* to involve the pupil in one's own way of acting ("motivation"), so as to open a relational space in which the teaching/learning process may take place (see La motivazione by G.
